1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing kaal.uk and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Kaal Studio ("we", "our", or "us") provides web design, development, and managed hosting services subject to the following conditions.

2. Services & Scope

Our services include but are not limited to:

• **Structured Rebuilds:** From £3,000
• **Growth Builds:** From £1,200
• **Launch Pages:** From £300
• **Conversion & Performance Maintenance:** From £180 / month

Detailed project scopes are defined during the strategy phase. Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees or a separate agreement.

3. Managed Hosting & Fair Usage

Every Kaal-built website includes managed hosting. To ensure performance for all clients, we apply a standard usage policy:

• Standard hosting includes up to **100 form submissions per month**.
• If your enquiry volume grows beyond 100 submissions, we will contact you to discuss an upgrade. **No automatic charges are applied.** Upgrades are only implemented once agreed upon.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

We believe in client freedom. You own the code and the brand.

• Upon final payment, full ownership of the custom site code and assets is transferred to you.
• If you choose to cancel your hosting with Kaal, we will provide you with the site files and a deployment guide.

5. Communication Policy

Kaal operates on an **Email-First, Asynchronous** workflow. This allows us to focus on deep execution and maintain a clear paper trail of all decisions and approvals. Expect structured updates and a focused, meeting-free implementation process.

6. Payments & Cancellations

Project payments are typically structured in milestones (e.g., 50% Upfront, 50% Launch).

Monthly plans (Performance Plan/Hosting) require a 3-month minimum term and 30 days' notice for cancellation. Refunds are not provided for work already performed or hosting periods already commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaal Studio is not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions. While we maintain 99.9% uptime monitoring, we cannot guarantee against unforeseen third-party infrastructure failures.
